This remote class begins with a live web-based tutorial and culminates with a printed two-color 11×17 edition in your mailbox.
In-Class Meeting:
– a roughly 2 hour meeting conducted via video chat
– covers riso basics & considerations for project-planning and file handling
– includes a live screen share outlining three color separation methods
– includes a sample print-demo and in-class Q&A
Print Credit:
– put our in-class session to work!
– pick any two colors we stock
– send us PDFs within one week after first meeting
– we will print an edition of 40
Print set & Mailing:
– We will mail your prints to you
– Mailing fee is included in overall workshop cost for U.S. based participants
– Receive a set of all art printed with the session (you can opt out)
Tech:
– students just need something to view first meeting chat, Zoom not required
– students can use any program to produce separations. Just needs to be PDF!
